I am Ankur kothari from Mumbai. I am one from the million fans in India as well as staying out of India. We fans keep praying for this team of ours, which we call the TEAM INDIA, to perform well and restore the pride of our country which has been lost lately and shine again as our team shone in the early 80s. After the dismal show of our team in the world cup many journalists and media people tried to get as information as to how the BCCI should actually work and function. They highlighted some basic points. Buttttttttttt now what. Are the BCCI poeple paying heed to it. What about the fans who love cricket so much. Isnt it the responsibility of SHARAD POWAR to not only full his pocket with all the mollah but all also do something regarding the cricket in INDIA. He should do something so that we fans who are so close to cricket not only get pleasure but at the same time we should know where our money is being used. Because there is no cricket without fans and there is no fan without cricket. You can't look after one and ignore the other.
So I have decided to become the BCCI president one day. Because this Cricket needs some real change.
Too much of politics is eating it.
Today the parents are stopping their kids from getting into international cricket. Because they know how cricket is at top level. Only 11 players get money. But what about the reserves and the cricketers who are still trying to be in the international team. Too much of politics is involved in it. Our national selectors are not selecting cricketers on their performance basis.
Problems galore.
So lets gt started and start a community and do something do get back the world cup back to our country. It would take time but thousand steps start from a single step.
